Introduction

The academic excellence of the University of California at Berkeley depends on the quality of our faculty. Faculty recruitment and selection are among the most important investments we make in the future of the University.

This search guide contains information for department chairs, faculty and staff for conducting effective and equitable searches for ladder rank faculty.
